1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Onyx Legion, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Onyx Legion is a multi-AI deliberation platform that allows users to query multiple AI models simultaneously and receive synthesized responses. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
• You must be at least 13 years old to use our services
• One account per user; no account sharing
• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use automated systems to scrape or extract data
• Generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates third-party rights
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Resell or redistribute our services without permission

5. Payment and Billing

iOS App Purchase

Onyx Legion for iOS is a paid app ($3.99 USD) purchased through the Apple App Store:

• Initial purchase includes 2,500 tokens automatically credited on first sign-in
• Tokens are credited once per Apple ID to prevent duplicate credits
• App purchase is subject to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA)
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policy

Additional tokens and subscriptions available via Apple In-App Purchase:

Token Packs (One-Time Purchase):

• Quick Pack: $4.99 → 2,500 tokens
• Power Pack: $14.99 → 6,000 tokens
• Legion Pack: $34.99 → 15,000 tokens (Best Value)
• Command Pack: $79.99 → 40,000 tokens

Subscriptions (Auto-Renewable Monthly):

• Legionnaire: $9.99/month → 3,000 tokens/month
• Centurion: $19.99/month → 8,000 tokens/month (Most Popular)
• Legatus: $49.99/month → 25,000 tokens/month

iOS IAP Terms:

• All purchases processed by Apple; we do not receive your payment information
• Token packs are consumable, one-time purchases; tokens credited immediately
• Subscriptions auto-renew monthly unless canceled 24+ hours before renewal
• Subscription tokens are credited at the start of each billing period
• Manage subscriptions via Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Canceling a subscription stops future billing; access continues until period ends
• Refunds follow Apple's refund policy
• Tokens purchased via IAP are non-refundable digital goods
• No refunds for partial months or unused tokens

Web Subscriptions (Stripe)

• Web subscriptions renew automatically until canceled
• You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the billing period
• No refunds for partial months or unused tokens
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice

Token Usage

• Tokens never expire (valid indefinitely)
• Tokens are non-transferable between accounts
• Token balance is shared across web and iOS platforms (same account)
• Token consumption varies by AI model and query complexity
• Approximate token consumption: 500-2,000 tokens per query

6. Intellectual Property

Your Content

You retain ownership of queries and conversations you create. By using our service, you grant us a license to process your queries through AI models and store your conversations.

Our Platform

Onyx Legion, including its design, code, and trademarks, is owned by Onyx AI Labs Inc. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission.

7. Third-Party AI Providers

Onyx Legion uses third-party AI models (Claude, GPT, Gemini, Grok, DeepSeek). Your queries are subject to each provider's terms of service and usage policies. We are not responsible for the accuracy, reliability, or availability of these third-party services.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS, ACCURACY OF AI RESPONSES, OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ONYX AI LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon termination, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted.

iOS App Deletion: Deleting the iOS app from your device does not delete your account or token balance. Your account and tokens remain accessible via the web platform or by reinstalling the app. To fully delete your account and forfeit all tokens, use the "Delete Account" option in Settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
